Signs and Symptoms:Chronic headache, cerebrospinal rhinorrhea, papilledema, increased ICP
Diagnosis:Head CT or MRI
Treatment:Replacement therapy for affected pituitary hormones, surgery for CSF rhinorrhea
Clinical Management:Symptomatic
Referral:Neurosurgeon. Referral to Medical Genetics Department, if available. Initial virtual care is also available through organizations like TeleRare Health.
