| Disease Overview: | Progressive degeneration of the unilateral iris leading to glaucoma and vision loss, primarily affecting women in their middle adult years |
| Signs and Symptoms: | Unilateral glaucoma or increased intraocular pressure, progressive unilateral vision loss |
| Diagnosis: | Increased IOP, corneal edema on exam, visual acuity test, tonomotery, gonioscopy, slit lamp examination, visual field test |
